2,4-二氯氟苯及副产2,6-二氯氟苯合成工艺研究
Study on the Synthesis Process of 2,4-dichlorofluorobenzene and Its By-product 2,6-dichlorofluorobenzene
【摘要】 本研究以邻二氯苯为原料,经硝化、氟化、氯化三步反应合成2,4-二氯氟苯。其间对每步反应进行条件筛选、工艺优化、杂质研究,三步连投,中间体不需要纯化,氯化粗品精馏提纯,得到的2,4-二氯氟苯纯度可达99.2%,得到的副产2,6-二氯氟苯纯度可达98.3%,三步总收率以邻二氯苯计,为57%。该工艺经优化后具有成本低、三废量少、安全简便、副产效益好等优点,对提高2,4-二氯氟苯产品的市场竞争力具有一定指导意义。
【Abstract】 This study synthesizes 2,4-dichlorofluorobenzene from o-dichlorobenzene through three steps of nitration,fluorination, and chlorination. During this process, condition screening, process optimization, and impurity research are carried out for each step of the reaction, three steps are continuously added, and the intermediate does not require purification, the purity of 2,4-dichlorofluorobenzene obtained through distillation and purification of crude chlorinated products can reach 99.2%, and the purity of the by-product 2,6-dichlorofluorobenzene obtained can reach 98.3%, the total yield of the three steps is 57% based on o-dichlorobenzene. After optimization, this process has the advantages of low cost,low amount of three wastes, safety and convenience, and good by-product benefits, which has certain guiding significance for improving the market competitiveness of 2,4-dichlorofluorobenzene products.
