诊断超声对中孕宫内胎儿脑垂体超微结构影响的研究
Effects of Diagnostic Ultrasonic Radiation on the Ultrastructure of Fetal Hypophysis of Midtrimester Gestation
【摘要】 将28名中孕妇女随机分为四组,Ⅰ组(对照组),Ⅱ组(超声照射5min组),Ⅲ组(超声照射10min组),Ⅳ组(超声照射30min组)。采用诊断超声辐射人体宫内胎儿蝶鞍内的脑垂体,48小时后取出胎儿脑垂体组织进行超微结构研究,结果发现:Ⅳ组有垂体细胞核染色质稀疏,线粒体嵴模糊,细胞间隙增宽,血管傍组织水肿;Ⅱ组与Ⅲ组无改变。结果提示:诊断用超声定点持续辐射5min及10min均无损伤;辐射30min有脑垂体超微结构改变。
【Abstract】 An observation of the effects made on the ultrastructure of the fetal hypophysis during midtrimester gestation elicited by diagnostic ultrasound wave irradiation on to the fetal sella turcica before artificial arbortion of 28 pregnant cases is presented in this paper.The cases were randomly divided into 4 groups:I(control group),Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ were irradiated for 5,10,30min respectively.All the samples were examined 48 hours later.The results showed rarefaction of nuclear chromosome of the hypophysis cells disappearance and vacuolized of the mitochondria crist,intercellular space broadened and paravessel tissue edema.All of these were found in group Ⅳ.No changes were found in group Ⅱ and Ⅲ.It indicated that local continuous radiation less than 10min did not harm to the ultrastructure of fetal hypophysis,but changes were found when 30min radiation applied.
