【摘要】 目的:建立紫外分光光度法测定盐酸羟甲唑啉滴鼻液的含量。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,测定波长279nm。结果:浓度在0.04-0.16μg/ml 范围内吸收度值与其浓度呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率为99.9%.RSD 为0.93%(n=5)。结论:方法简便易行,快速,准确,可作该制剂的质量控制方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a UV method for the determaination of Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride Nasal Drops. Methods:Spectrophotometry was used and its detective wavelength was 279nm.Results:The method was linear in the range of 0.04-0.16mg/ml.The average recovery was 99.9%.With RSD=0.93%(n=5).Conclusion:The method is simple quick and accurate for the determination of Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride Nasal Drops.更多还原
